Study Date Formatting

    Hi


    Can you please guide me how can i format the Study date say like this 03-Jan-2021. I wanted to create Folder name with month name like JAN then all month studies comes here.


    Currently, instead of Jan i am getting 01 or 12 as month.

    Sorry that filename syntax option does not exist. It will always use DICOM data syntax YYYYMMDD.


    If you use %studydate[0,5] in the filename syntax string you should get foldername YYYYDD, which is functionally what you want but not formatted as such.


    Or you may script it, the easiest by using an ImportConverter to create a private entry e.g. 9999,9999 with the chosen date format and then using %V9999,9999 as part of the FilenameSyntax string. But that item would be stored with every DICOM file.
