What's the meaning - maybe I've overlooked it somewhere..

Hi,

probably a changes patient ID without reassigning UIDs (see sticky why not chnage patient ID). Which version are you using? Conquest should catch this error before MySQL.

Hi,

Used version is 1.14.14

I'm shure the SCP used is mixing ID's in rare cases.
I'm going to check.
