i would like to test the worklist functionality of Conquest. Currently I have the backend in the clinic sending to a mirth connect interface that creates the worklist files, that are then converted with dcmtk tools and served by a dcmtk tool as a worklist. this has worked well for years, but is now considered too slow.
I see that conquest can act as a worklist server, but i see it requires manual intervention through drag and drop with the hl7 files.
Can I configure a 'watch' directory for Conquest to ingest hl7 files? If so, how would this be accomplished?
would I have to instead configure mirth to insert the info directly into the worklist table?
I'm curious to see if the db approach is faster than reading through the files as we currently do.
