Dear Conquest users,
My problem is that MRI-spectroscopy images and PMU data file can not be transferred to Conquest dicom server from Siemens console workstation.
We installed the dicom server software in the 2010 and updated it in the 2013. We always pushed the Siemens dicom files to Conquest dicom server in the past six years. Recently, we begin to run MR spectroscopy and EPI sequence with auto physio recording. The new EPI sequence can automatically save the physio data file (ECG, Pulse and RESP) in the Siemens console database. When we push the entire scan data to conquest server, only standard dicom images (EPI, T1, or etc) are accepted.
Should we adjust the setting code of conquest dicom to accept the non-standard dicom file?
