Not all messages being received by Conquest DICOM

  • We have an issue where sporadically, we do not receive all the files being sent from Xcelera. Initally we thought the problem was only with big files, but we have since confirmed we get the same issue with large or small files.


    In order to further investigate this issue we are trying to turn on the highest level of debug. We have found this setup in two places:
    - The first place is in the Conquest DICOM application, which we currently have set to 4
    - There is also a debug_level field in the dicom.ini file, which is currently set to 0.


    Can you please let me know what is the best way to setup debug on the Conquest DICOM.


    Was also wondering if there is a administrators guide for our reference.
