Hi Marcel and everybody.

I am experiencing "Could not remove IOD":

Unfortunately it appears only from time to time. I have no idea why I get the message.
Some ideas?

what operation is ongoing at this time? What server version?

An image is being stored. Version is 1.4.17d (compiled on Debian Jessie). The modality is GE LOGIQ P5.

Hi,

the only operation that can give that message is a delete from PACS that should not trigger unless e.g. the disc was full. Can you post your dicom.ini?

Nothing strange there. Does the postprocess script call dgate at all?

Marcel, thank you for having your eye on it. That is a good point. The postprocess script doesn't call dgate but in some situations deletes the file. I will have to check it. That must be it.
