Hi,
What command came this from. Did the regen work before? Did you change the images in any way? In other words, what went before. It could be that the database login is not setup properly.
Marcel

just i run ./maklinux with option 1 then i run ./dgate -v -r
the error is generated when i run ./dgate -v -r with mysql
Hi,
conquest assumes a mysql login is available, see dicom.ini (copied from dicom.ini.MySQL):
SQLHost = localhost
SQLServer = conquest
Username = root
Password = user
You may need to edit this and/or change your MySQL server settings.
Marcel
Hi,
I edit the file dicom.ini with the correct values but i have got the same error
Hi,
You did create the database? Please verify that you can access the empty database with MySQL tools and the credentials you put in dicom.ini.
Marcel
Hi,
I can connect to my database with mysql workbench and i edit dicom.ini but when i run ./dgate -v -r i have got the same error
pls post your dicom.ini.
Marcel

Hi,
Dicom.ini looks fine. Can you also post the complete dgate -v -r response?
Marcel
Hi,
I just posted updated MySQL documentation for Linux in the 1.4.19 release post.

Hi,
Thank you Marcel i followed the update MySQL documentation and it's work fine but i have question :
can i run the conquest with SQL ?
Which SQL do you mean?
On linux there are only drivers for dbase, sqlite, mysql and postgres. On windows you can also use other ODBC drivers.
Marcel
i mean i like to work with database sql instead of database mysql
Hi,
SQL is the language. I am not sure what SQL software you mean. The windows version work with Microsoft SQL server if that is what you mean. See the manual.
Marcel
yes that i mean but is not available for linux
i have another problem, the file serverstatus.log in linux is not the same in the windows version because i like to see the log when i send images to another server conquest
Hi,
you can start conquest with logging to file, see dgate -?
By heart I believe it is dgate -^serverstatus.log.
Marcel
yes i know i run dgate -^serverstatus.log but the contents of this file is:
***Failed to Listen () -bind error
Hi,
this is command line of the main server, before it starts. I guess there is also a command like dgate --debuglog_on: that controls a running server. Have a look at dgate -?
