"Delete after" and delayed forward cannot co-exist?

I set two rules:

1. Delete study or series after 30000 seconds

2. Forward study or series after 60 seconds (Using ForwardCollectDelay value of 60)

Forward rule works OK with delete rule disabled.

However, with delete enabled, forward does not work. It seems forward is waiting for delete of current study (and maybe others on the queue from previous delete requests) to complete first.

Is there a way round this issue.

"Forward to" and "delete after" have been working very well.

Just needed to delay the forwarding as well for a minute or so for some other reasons.

Not a big issue. I can do with previous settings.
