Restrict user interaction

    To be able to log and restrict user interaction with Conquest, I've made an AutoIt script that do the logging and disables mouse/keyboard interaction with the Conquest window. The script presents a GUI for searching and sends the information to the controls on the Conquest Query/Move tab.


    I was wondering, is there an easier way to do this? Is it possible to interact with Conquest from another program without using the Conquest controls -- can I, for example, make a Query without sending keystrokes to "Patient Name" and click "Query" button?

    Hi Stefan,


    you can use the command line interface (e.g. dgate --patientfinder), or the lua language. The latter can run inside the server, or maybe even more appropriate, as a web service. Samples are in the respective folders, the manual and the forum.
