Chapter 4.1.6.3 IMPORT FROM REMOVABLE MEDIA OR HARD DISC DIRECTORIES

  • Dear chadd

In that case you might have run into a bug that was observed in iQ-VIEW 2.6.0 and which is documented in our feature and bug tracking system MANTIS (see http://mantis.image-systems.biz/view.php?id=1262). It happens when the patient list is not correctly closed (using the switch), but was just moved to the left with the mouse.

This bug has already been fixed since iQ-VIEW version 2.7.0. If you are interested in upgrading your iQ-VIEW to the current version (2.8.0), please contact your reseller before doing so to discuss the procedure and potential upgrade fees.

To fix the behavior in the current version, please follow the procedure outlined in the MANTIS issue:

      - Close iQ-VIEW.
      - Browse to the iQ-VIEW installation directory in the Windows Explorer.
      - Open the file “iQ-VIEW.ini” and look for the following entries:

      PatientPanelWidth=
      PatientPanelExpanded=

      - Delete the values stored after the equal sign (“=”).
      - Then save the changes and restart the application.

The issue should be solved now.
