Conquest service sometimes gets stopped automatically

  • Hi,

We are using Conquest as PACS.

After sending new images to Conquest, the service sometimes gets stopped automatically.

We need to manually start it in Services. This was not the case earlier.

Can anyone please give us some solution to it.

    Thanks.

  • Hi Marcel,

    ConQuest DICOM server version 1.4.17
    MySQL database
New Images were imported. Also, previous JPEG uncompressed was selected, we changed it to Lossless JPEG.

No hint found in Log file.

    Thanks.

  • Hi Marcel,

Following messages were observed when the dcm files were send to Conquest-

    1) Encountered an invalid group order during load of DCM file (after 08000500)
    2) Dynamic_Parse encountered an invalid element length during load of DCM file (in bbef3cbf) / Encountered an invalid group order during load of DCM file (after bbef3cbf)

We found that the dcm files were imported but some with above messages.

After this, we observed Conquest service stopping.

    Kindly suggest.

    Thanks.
