Refused images from same acqdate and acqtime

    Hi;


    Conquest has a database table dicomimages, that has column names acqdate and acqtime. For crs this is the scanner exposure time. kODAK CRS have an option to create image copy and that copy can be associated with any other patient information. All the information will be cahanged when this image will be sent to pacs or work station but the exposure acqdate and acqtime will not be changed.
    to stop this illegal practise i want to configure conquest to refuse images having same acqdate and acqtime from specfic CRs.


    i need help for this purpose.

    you can perform a database query (e.g., using lua commands) to test if the same acqdate and acqtime are present, but this will be very expensive, as it has to query the entire image database. I woudl suggest looking for another way of identifying such copies.
