ImageJA with .v2 file format

Hi,
does anyone try ImageJA with .v2 file format? I try it, but ImageJA wrote "Unable to read DICOM header"

Hi,

This is to be expected, I beleive ImageJ uses the extension to detect dicom. You should be able to load any DICOM data into ImageJA through the web interface that is posted on the forum.

I imported .v2 image file by webmag, im debugging ImageJA mode a this is the log...

but viewer displays nothing and the file is accessible by web.

Hi,

you will have to set the server to DCM mode. The web export will be changed in the upcoming release to only generate DCM files.
