Sorry for my bad English at first, my friend who is a doctor to setup a small clinic, he ask me to help to looking some free PACS and DICOM solution, finally I have choose ConQuest DICOM server, I have follow the instruction to successful to setup on Win2008R2 with MySQL database, but I need to know what is the next step to instruct the workstation to connect the ConQuest server over the LAN, after to read forum I guess need to install the K-PACS client on workstation to connect the ConQuest server ? and all the operation like the patient create or query can be done on K-PACS client ?

Hi,
you have to tell conquest what the name (AE), port and IP address if of the KPACS workstation, and reversely, you tell KPACS what the name (AE, e.g., CONQUESTSRV1), port (e.g., 5678) and IP address is of conquest.
