I have new to installed ConQuest on Win2008R2 and K-PACS v1.6 in Win7 /64bit workstation, both station IP and port 5678 can communicate without problem and AE / IP is setup correctly, and the K-PACS client can success to query the ConQuest server sample study data "HEAD EXP2" , I have try to open the record in the result screen, but it prompted a error message is "Retrieve from archive "AE_NAME" failed. In case "Log DICOM Network Communication" was activated, you will find more detailed information in the log file. Most likly, AE Title, IP........ to reach" , after that I check the log file have following error message displayed after I try to use K-PACS and ClearCanvas DICOM viewer to retrieve the images from ConQuest server, anyone can ask me how to fix it ?
