I am trying to move multiple studies from a Radstore system to a new Conquest system. I can push from the Radstore to the Conquest, but when I use the dgate movestudy function I get the error ***preretrieve/forward xxx to: remote DICOM error.
I am using the following command:
dgate --movestudies:RADARCH,local,20020105
Any assistance would be appreciated.
Thanks

Hi,
RADAERCH wont know local. You need to provide the correct conquest AE and it must be known to radarch. I.e.,
dgate --movestudies:RADARCH,CONQUESTSRV1,20020105
Marcel
-
Marcel,
I tried that too with the same results:
dgate --movestudies:RADARCH,RADARCH4,20020105Where RADARCH is the radstore system I am trying to retrieve from and RADARCH4 is my new conquest system.
Thanks, Rick

maybe radarch won't accept a patient root query from conquest? Is there a way to send it a study root query maybe?
-
Is there a way to force Conquest to do a study based query vs patient based?
-
Try it from the windows GUI for one study; the level dropdown allows study root actions. Double clicking the series number label allows UID selection.

We tried it and here is the error we get on radstore or the device with the AE of 'RADARCH'. The AE 'RADARCH4' is conquest.
Code2010/04/15 08:37:11.750: <W> [AS,STOR-139247] SQL Query contains unknown attribute in select :StudyStateText2010/04/15 08:37:11.750: <I> [AS,STOR-139247] SELECT DISTINCT TOP 50 [00080005], [00080020], [00100010], [00100020], [0020000D], [StudyState] FROM tblDICOMStudy WHERE [00100020] = N'5500855'2010/04/15 08:37:11.750: <I> [CS,SCP-46449] Query: AE peer: RADARCH4, maximum results reached: 0, #results: 17It appears to be complaining about a SOP not being supported. Hi,
conquest proposes a number of query types, including a worklist query. That this is rejected is normal, the others should be accepted. And the log shows that 17 responses are generated. So this seems OK to me. Are there any results shown on conquest? And is there a difference between a patient root query and a study root query?

Marcel,
This is the error that we get on conquest for each query:

Hi,
basically, all queries work, but conquest does not display the results (known issue also with kodak). This means that you can now try move requests.
Marce
-
Move requests? I don't follow what you mean? Are you talking about using dgate from the command line?
-
the move button in the windows gui.
marcel
-
Marcel,
On the query/move tab, the only button close to 'move' is 'Copy to destination' and it gives me the same error -- I am using v1.4.15
So, what you saying is if it doesn't work in the GUI is that it probably won't work from the command line with dgate?
-
hm,
there goes my test plan. It might work if you carefully make sure the selection returns one item only. The command line version might work on the 1.4.16alpha3 version: it selects a study root move if appropriate.

Marcel,
Looks like this has already been looked into on this thread:
http://forum.image-systems.biz…cf865fc9bf08bb18152#p7264
Radstore is actually renamed to Centricity Enterprise Archive after GE purchased applicare a long time ago.
I am going to try alpha 3 now.
--thanks for all of your help on this

Marcel,
I just tried with alpha 3 and here is the error I get with Conquest:
