We use conquest to receive dicom files from our Acuson Sequoia 512 U/S machine
The still images are received and saved no problem but video clips 3seconds in length show up as a dicom file that is unreadable.
I cannot see what needs to be changes so I can access usable dicom video files from this u/s machine.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Nick,
If you compression is 'un' try to switch over to compression 'uj' (uncompressed or jpeg). If long video clips are uncompressed they may no longer fit in memory. Which version are you using?

The change you recommended did not seem to help, the same issue still exists. Please note that the video file coming from the Acuson is a .dcm file.

can you see the image being un or recompressed? Is jpeg support on in dgatesop.lst?

Hi Marcel, I don't know whether JPEG support is on or off as there does not appear to be the option in the file (attached).
It may be worth noting the following:
1. Conquest installed on Windows Server 2008 R2 platform (64bit).
2. The only items changed from the default installation were a) AE title (ACUSON_1) b)Port – 5011 c) Database location – S:\ (mapped network share on other server). I attach the configuration files.
3. The dgate64 error when trying to access the ‘Browse Database’ tab – screenshots attached.Note that I have tried to attach the files (zipped) but the server rejects it. Please would you advise another way to get this to you.
