Maybe I was not being too clear - the patient ID and other info is identical for this and the previous study. It is only the study ID that is different. Thanks for your help.

Strange issue yesterday when a study would not go through. Patient information identical to a previous study, although given an unique ID number. These are the applicable lines from the server log:

Hi Marcel, I don't know whether JPEG support is on or off as there does not appear to be the option in the file (attached).
It may be worth noting the following:
1. Conquest installed on Windows Server 2008 R2 platform (64bit).
2. The only items changed from the default installation were a) AE title (ACUSON_1) b)Port – 5011 c) Database location – S:\ (mapped network share on other server). I attach the configuration files.
3. The dgate64 error when trying to access the ‘Browse Database’ tab – screenshots attached.Note that I have tried to attach the files (zipped) but the server rejects it. Please would you advise another way to get this to you.

The change you recommended did not seem to help, the same issue still exists. Please note that the video file coming from the Acuson is a .dcm file.
Do you have any other suggestions?

We use conquest to receive dicom files from our Acuson Sequoia 512 U/S machine
The still images are received and saved no problem but video clips 3seconds in length show up as a dicom file that is unreadable.
I cannot see what needs to be changes so I can access usable dicom video files from this u/s machine.
Any help would be appreciated.

We have kpacs installed on a windows 2003 server. Several features, including email and image export to jpeg will only work if the user is logged on as administrator. Other users cannot use these features although most of the program works. I want to buy a lisenced copy of iqview but I found the same problem with the evaluation version of iqview. Is there a way to resolve this issue.

When we tried running kpac or the trial version of iqview on our terminal server we could not perform many functions including export jpegs or email images unless the user was logged on as administrator. This poses a problem for us. Is there any way to resolve this so the program is fully functional regardless of who is logged on the computer?

I just upgraded to v 1.5 and when I try to export jpeg images, nothing happens.
I am using windows 2003 server, is there a problem with this operating system and k-pacs?
How can I restore my ability to export jpegs?
