compression ?

    hello. first of all, thanks to all.


    my question is.


    i´m using conquest server like a PACS system.
    i use KPACS free viewer.


    i dont understand the compression rules in this envioremente.


    i can Compress the Images from my Cr ( agfa Cr) at Conquest LEVEL, and i kpacs i have the same option too.


    i don´t know whats the order of the compression. in general setting in conquest, i defin one Compression option. in the dicom devices another, and in the kpacs viewer another option.
    how can i make the setup to do it properly ?

    Hi,


    please read the compression section in the conquest Windows manual first. Maybe that will help. In any case, you can store compressed and transmit compressed, and these can be setup independently both for conquest (I am sure) and kpacs (I believe).
