Conquest DICOM server and its clients!

hi everyone, I am new here and also new to DICOM server. This morning I have already set up the conquest dicom server on my computer. I have used the dicom_echo.exe to test the connection. Everything is fine. Howerer, when I want to find some specific client-side software or applications which can transfer the dicom files to the server. I can't find anything. Could you kindly tell me some client-side applications which can communictate with this Conquest DICOM server. For example, it should support the hostname and port number connecting function!

Thanks a lot for your help! The K-PACS is so good. Now I can transfer the DICOM file from the client to the server. This is amazing. I got intersted in the DICOM application.
