Please help (Resize Pictures)

  • I have dcm images (2256x2878)
    They are really toooo big.
    Is there any chance to resize this images to 800x600 (or other size) via importing into the conquest server??

    If there is no chance to do that ...do you have any hint which software i can use for resizing this images.

    Please answer!!

    Very best regards from Lodda

  • Hi Lodda,

    The easiest is to use compression k1 (max 1024), k2 (max 512), k4 (max 256) etc. You can configure this in dicom for images that are dropped and recieved and in acrnema.map for images that are sent.

    Marcel

  • Hi,

    I just set:

    # Configuration of compression for incoming images and archival
    DroppedFileCompression = k4
    IncomingCompression = k4

    Restarted the (1.4.17c) server and dropped some 1024x1024 images. The images were stored as 256x256.

    Can you specify the issue in more detail?

    Marcel
