OOM Issue - Large regen

    Hi Folks,


    I'm doing a large regen of a multi-terrabyte image database (mysql) and after about 6000 patient id's, it's dying and giving me the following error:


    ***VR:ReAlloc out of memory allocating 69600268 bytes
    [***A fatal error occurred (out of memory) - closing server


    I switched to .14beta and turned off LittleEndianExplicit and added in Marcel's new nifty memory error switch into dicom.ini and it still continues to misbehave. Any ideas?

    Hi,


    This is very likely a malformed DICOM object (you could try to find and remove it). You may have mistyped the switch or forgotten to restart the server ?


    IgnoreOutOfMemoryErrors = 1
