Worklist problem with Syngo Siemens MR

    Hi,


    I´ve been using conquest in the last months as a pacs server, but now I ´d like to use the worklist function.
    So ´m interest, if anybody experienced the same problems.
    Syngo uses two different ways to ask the RIS Server. Automatically every xx minutes and manual by asking e.g. a name field.


    I tried the sample.hl7 file.
    Using the automatic retrieve, Conquest returns a 0, i guess because the stationaet field is empty. I did not figure out, where to put the stationaet in the hl7 file. Should be somewhere in the obr line ?? Any idea. I modified the file for the correct date.


    Using the manual retrieve, in this case asking for Z* in the name field, syngo returns an error message : fault in the worklist data. (version 1414. in version 1413 this request resulted in a syngo system hang).
    In the conquest log file i can see, that conquest found the file. I have tested the sample.hl7 with two other worklistservers (iq-worklist and dicmwst) without problems (regarding the manual retrieve, the automatic retrieve didnt work as well).


    So if you have any ideas how to solve the problem, please let me know.

    the first query produced no results because it asks for MR which may not be in the worklist. The data error in the worklist may be related to a tag that Singo expects but is not in the database. There are some posts about Last Menstrual Date. (0010,21D0) if I remember well. Adding that in combination with 1.4.14 may solve the problem. See:

    Hi,
    I´m getting closer to the problem importing conquest worklist in Siemens syngo. By trial and error, I figured out, that syngo does not ask for the studyinstanceuid, but gives an error message, when the field is empty.
    I have programmed a small converter for importing gdt-patients data into a hl7 file. When I fill the studyinstance in the hl7 file with any number (eg. patients id), syngo accepts the worklist reply, but refuses to work with that data warning for possible RIS inconsitency.
    I am a newbie to dicom transfer. I do not understand, why a studyinstanceuid is nessessary prior to image generation.
    Where is my mistake ? Is there a tool to create a studyinstanceuid ?
    Is that a known problem with conquest ?

    Hi,


    Looking at the log you sent before Syngo does ask for a studyinstance (DICOMWorkList.StudyInsta). This is the unique identifier for the study to be acquired. Most systems live well with it empty and will provide their own. Syngo is maybe not one of them.


    Conquest can be instructed to create a new unique UID for each HL7 file or entry loaded, by changing in file dicom.sql
