Need Help for Conquest

Hi everyone,
I'm IT Tech in one clinic. I was able to up and running Conquest 1.4.13 on Windows 2003 with MSSQL. I have one GE CT 4 slice. I'm able to receive the dicom image from CT and files are stored with dcm extension . But when I view the image on UniViewer and Dicomworks orientation is missing. Like Left,Right, Machine Type, Slice Info. I like to get help on it.
Also I try to retrive from Conquest to CT it won't through. Please

Thanks for reply. I forget to tell you that is not happen on IQ-View. I try to test with IQ-View is fine. Even when I flip it show me right orientation.

I test with IQ Dicom Test 1.9 every C-STORE is fine. Work great.

Nope, Not working, except IQ-VIEW and Efilm.
One more thing, can you guide me how can I save the files in Data foldr like Modality\Date\PatientID\ *. dcm.
