Looks like he was using SQl 2005, because he said "Nativ MySQL driver".
I never been setup with SQL 2005, better use SQL 2000 family.
He need to cleanup SQL 2005.

Pls Check on Conquest GUI, Configuration "using OFFIS Tools" and Images on disk are named as DCM (standard format).

Efilm can't accept V2.

I try to run KPACS like you said, but after everything done it's not running without program opening up.
I checked in windows services it configure to run automatic, servic was stop. Try to start up, it start and stop. I try several times.

I'm not sure i'm in same page. Here what I'm try is.
I comment out one viewer station AE Tile from CONQUEST "Known DICOM provider" and save it.
Then I try to retrive images from CONQUEST on that viewer station I got following message,

My CONQUEST was on 2003 windows SP2 with MSSQL2000 sever. it has been running more then 6 month without error.

It start within 200 Sec. Connection was Local LAN. When I disable forwording, transfer process was very smooth, 1 slice transfer time was 2 Sec for CT and about 45 Sec for 4 MB CR. Forwording process was starting at about 120 to 135 slices if I enable forwording, doesn't matter delay 600 or higher. Any clue?

I getting a small problem on forworddelay. I was testing Conquest 1.4.14 with MSSQL 2000. everything was working fine except forword delay.
I had config as follow:

MaximumDelayedFetchForwardRetries = 0

Both are using conquest 1.4.14Beta. Before First PACS was finish receiving slices from CT forwording was start sending to second PACS. It is cause more transfer time between first PACS and CT mechine. Slice was normaly 600 and 1000. Did my config wrong? Please help me out.

Thanks for reply. I forget to tell you that is not happen on IQ-View. I try to test with IQ-View is fine. Even when I flip it show me right orientation.

I test with IQ Dicom Test 1.9 every C-STORE is fine. Work great.

My Conquest was working fine with Win2003/MSSQL200/IIS for

http://localhost/cgi-bin/dgate.exe?mode=top . Like create C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\cgi-bin and copy/paste dgate.exe,dicom.ini. Restart IIS.
Also http://localhost/cgi-bin/dgate.exe?mode=querypatients
I can pull my patient list. But when I try to view, viewer was come up with black screen.

I'm IT Tech in one clinic. I was able to up and running Conquest 1.4.13 on Windows 2003 with MSSQL. I have one GE CT 4 slice. I'm able to receive the dicom image from CT and files are stored with dcm extension . But when I view the image on UniViewer and Dicomworks orientation is missing. Like Left,Right, Machine Type, Slice Info. I like to get help on it.
Also I try to retrive from Conquest to CT it won't through. Please
