Hey Marcel,

Tried again:

Not sure what else to try. My goal here is to convert close to 900,000. Is there any type of "batch conversion" I can run using the --uncompress option or is there an easier way?

I attempted to run the following on my Linux box

./dgate --uncompress 1.3.12.2.1107.5.2.6.22723.30000012011314333523400000677_0009_000056_1328734150c773.v2, <outputfilename>

I see that it asks for an output file name?

./dgate --uncompress <input file>, <output file>

But just comes back to a command prompt and didn't appear to do anything to the file. I have 1000s of files in multiple directories I would like to run this again as I'm importing these into a different system.

Is that the correct syntax above?

Is there a command line utility to convert .v2 files to native dicom? All my backup Conquest images are stored in .v2 format.

Has anyone worked much with creating any LUA scripts to tweak the output of the standard HTML that is created from dgate? For instance, I would like to be able to change the background from green to something else and possibly change the Fonts of the text. Basically, be able to tweak the HTMl generated from the return searches.

With the remarkable help of Marcel we are all up and running successfully using Weasis as viewer to our internet clients. I'm in the process of dcoumenting all the changes that were necessary in order to make this work. In addition, all the roadbumps we hit along the way and how to avoid them in getting you up and running.

I see that now. The studies are still not coming up even on an internal request. I have updated webscriptaddress with the DNS name to test anyway.
Here is my generated URL:

I also tried changing the internal IP address above to the DNS name and still same result.

Do any of these settings need to be changed in dicom.ini?

For what it's worth, the thumbnails are coming up on the Conquest web page.

It does in fact launch internally! I think there is a firewall issue getting it to work over the intenet...since it's gettin getting the substance.jnlp from some place else.

You did state rudimentary so I'm assuming the next step is to get the images to appear....amost there!

This works for me too if I'm using the Conquest web server running on the same server as Conquest DICOM. Otherwise, I get the following:

"Error reading dView2.Cursor3D: Property does not exist"

All that we are looking for is for some type of series viewer (definately something more that viewer=serversideviewer) to launch when the results are returned from querying PatientID or PatientName from the Conquest web.

I can get the viewer to launch if I pass all the info manually thru the URL, even from over the internet. But, obviously, the doctors will not be able to do this. They just need a viewer to be used over the internet.

If I could edit the dicom.ini to lauch the weasis viewer that would be ideal. But I have no knowledge of what goes into creating a weasis.cq file or weais.jnlp file.

Hey Marcel,

I have the GUI viewer working internally. The .ocx loads fine and displays results. Is there a reason why it won't load successfully over the intenet? I know someone posed a quesion similar to this in the thread but I shouldn't have to open any other port in the firewall besides port 80, correct?

So, I am able to successfully pull by patient ID series ID, individually, across the internet.

Could someone point me in the right direction on how to enable the viewer to work with the Conquest Web Server? I want to have the Conquest web search for patient ID or patient Name, like it does now, but use the Weasis viewer to display the images. I have tweaked the dicom.ini file but cannot get it to work.

Either this or can someone show me how to query the Conquest database and I can maybe write a PHP file?

Has anyone been able to get the viewer=seriesviewer2 to work successfully with Conquest Web?

The users in the office have been used to using the K-PACS viewer and at the very least we would like to change the serversideviewer to seriesviewer2 until I can get either Weasis or Ovyiam to work with the Conquest web.

If anyone could provide some assistance it would be greatly appreciated.

I too just installed Apache on the Conquest server and configured a VirtualHost to listen on :3333 and alias to /cgi-bin/dgate.exe. I verified this by hitting http://localhost:3333 on the web server host.

I put in port 3333 for the WADO port in Oviyam 2.0. Like before I get all the patient data just no images. Now, I'm not getting "broken" thumbnails or images but still no images are being displayed.

I need help to solve this issue.

Were you able to ever to get this to work with Ovyiam?

I saw they just released Ovyiam2 and I got it up and running quickly. However, I'm experiencing the same issues you were. It queries all the data but never displays any images.

Any ideas or suggestions with the WADO port or any other config?

Has anyone been able to get the Weasis viewer to work successfully with the Conquest web?

I'm running Conquest 1.4.17alpha web and it works fine. We're trying to enable a java viewer as opposed to running the viewer=serversideviewer in the dicom.ini. I've tried the configuration below but can't get the .jnlp to launch successfully.

[imagejaviewer]

source =substance.jnlp

Any suggestions?
