Problems evaluating iq-View

  • We are evaluating iQ-View.
    Of course, we are not DICOM specialist. We are newers in this IT area.


    We have installed the evalution product on two wokstations and we have cleaned the database in one of them.


    Then we have configurated "server information" and "DICOM configuration" with diferents AET and with the correct TCP/IP adresses and port. If we launch tests against the other workstation at the DICOM configuration window the result is always "Success" at the two worstations.


    At the workstation with the database cleaned, we have selected the browser LAN tab and then we have executed several searches with different conditions. The result is always the same, "No Study found" and Proccess Log windows shows for every test:

  • Make sure, that the target server does not have access restriction. Most archives require a setup before you can query them. Another problem could be the supported QueryRetrieve Information Model. To find out, what QRIM your archive support you can either look into the Conformance Statement of your archive or contact our support team (support<at>image-systems.biz) that will help you find out this information.
