This problem has long been fixed in later iQ-VIEW versions. The width of the patient panel has dropped to zero. I cannot remember the specific component name in the iQ-VIEW.ini. Please contact support@image-systems.biz or use the web formular https://image-systems.biz/serv…g-report-feature-request/ for qualified support as a paying customer.

Deleting the iQ.VIEW.ini should also do the trick but than you will lose other settings as well.
