Pass in list of Patients

I am extremely new to using ConQuest. I have it set currently to grab a few Patients giving it a string of PatientIDs and copying the studies to a file destination. I want to do this however for a few thousand patients at a single time. Is there something I can use, or a command I can input somewhere to make this possible? My hope is to pass in a csv file of patient ids somehow.

Hi, is the source a set of folders or a DICOM archive; are you going into or out of conquest?

You can definitively script either.
