When ever I try extract the images from the Demo Images - Surgery zipped folder this is the error message I get

This is indeed a bit misleading.
In order to download the images (not only the Readme.txt), go to the "Overview" tab of the "Surgery" item and then select the link "SURGERY_Package.zip".
