Reinitialization of database problem

Hi.
I am running Dicom ConQuest 1.4.19b on Windows 7.
I store patients data without compression.
I had troubles with database after I was trying to delete patient from database.
Then I manually deleted database conquest from MySQL by deleting folder in С://Program Data/MySQL/Data.
Then I ran Reinitialization of database on 06.04.2018.
On 09.04.2018 I saw message Reinitialization completed but there was no database.
Maybe I should first Create database and then run process of reinitialization.
What I am doing wrong?
