We are using Conquest Dicom Server v1.4.17c. Recently, we have been experiencing errors when attempting tor receive any images. Also, all of our dicom folders are ending in an "undefined" file. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Undefined file names:
undefined_0000_000000_15106795232dc7.dcm (where last digits and letters before .dcm are random)
