Recently I had to delete many studies using dgate --deletestudy:study_id command.
This is what I get in pacstrouble.log:

Three things worth noting:
1) it is not a permissions problem
2) it happens rarely, sometimes it's only 1 file from the whole study, sometimes 5-10 files. In total it's a very very small % of all files
3) I do this in 2 parallel threads (just 2 'ms-dos' windows, each running a .bat file containing list of studies to delete)
Finding the reason is one thing but what's even more important to me right now is what is the exact behavior of dgate in such case.
Let's say that 1 file was left behind because of this error - does that mean that the dicomstudies/dicomseries etc entry for that study is still in the database? ( in other words: do you wait for a confirmation of successful deletion of a file before removing it's db entry?)
