Conquest DICOM server 1417d connexion

hello guys
does anybody have idea how to connect the conquest dicom server with an external mysql ?
i use 2 ubuntu system :
1 for the conquest DICOM server
1 for the mysql

i change it but
in the web browser when i make thr url : http://192.168.56.136/cgi-bin/dgate i get it
with this information :

when i choose "go" in one of the option
the url is "http://192.168.56.136/cgi-bin/dgate?mode=querypatients&port=5678&address=127.0.0.1&key=&patientidmatch=&patientnamematch="

i change dicom.ini
the Database type change yes thnk u
but in the URL it's still the same problem :
when i choose one of the option and press "go"

do you have a configuration with mysql step by step as a video ?
