Empty tag (0002,0016)

Hi!
None of the images do not have tag (0002,0016) "Source Application Entity Title", why he consciously cut when transferring images? It is possible to have data in MS SQL on the sending AE Title?

Hi,

I believe this is according to the DICOM standard. You can add the AE title in group 2 to the SQL database, but this may (will?) affect operation as dicom queries would then start to filter on the same item. Safer would be to use an ImportConverter to move the item to a private one which can then be added to the database.

Maybe I explained the problem properly. Take a picture taken and nowhere tag (0002,0016). Conquest of their cuts (why?). How to get the data is transferred to the Conquest aetitle?

Hi,

The data is explicitly stripped in concordance with the DICOM standard. Have you compared with other servers?
