Merge studies via command line tools

Hi,
I'd like to merge two studies with Dgate comand line tool for Conquest:

Sebastian,

you first have to pass the UIDs to merge to mergestudies: and then loop over all images to be modified with mergestudyfile:

The merge series version is integrated in the GUI so you can try that first.

First I have to give few StudyInstanceUID and then path to file with image that will be first image in first serie of new study??
I tried it but result file (Conquest logged that create new file) is a study with 1 serie and 1 image, and should have 3 series...

Are there any special conditions to finish process with success?
My proces where I trie to merge 3 studies, every with 1 serie finished with new study containing just 1 serie
No errors in logs...

Hi,

I think your request is only implemented there at the series level. Have you given the gui version of it a try? That would show what is possible. It uses the same command lines.
