Cant see images after installation?

  • You should consider contacting your vendor to get immediate and proper support.


    So you see studies in the local database but none of them show up in the viewer?
    Make sure you have "Automatic loading" checked in the Viewer menu under Additional settings (wich should be active by default).


    Another option is to check your image box and database paths (Local settings: Server Admin Tool). They should be equal by default. If your images are not located where the database expects them, they cannot be shown in the viewer. Try to set them both again to make sure this is not the source of your problem.

  • Is this a new clean installation or an upgrade?


    A database regeneration might fix some issues. Try Local settings -> Regenerate database


    Can you confirm that your imagebox directory contains DICOM (*.dcm) files?
