K-PACS Server won't START

    Check that the server is not blocked by a firewall or an anti-virus application. Also make sure that the paths to the K-PACS imagebox AND database are defined in the server administration tool, that they end with a backslash ("\") and that iQ-VIEW and its server have sufficient access permission to the path(s) you defined. In addition, also verify that the port that you want to use for the server (by default 104) is free to be used and not already in use by another application.


    Please also keep in mind that the free K-PACS is not certified as a medical device according to CE or FDA 510(k). It can therefore not be used for diagnostic purposes. If you need a diagnostic reading station, we can recommend the use of iQ-VIEW.
