Host will not accept Image - Sante Viewer 7.1

I am running Conquest 1.4.15 on Windows Server 2008. Our clients are using Sante Viewer 7.1. We are seeing the following in our log:

We are having problems getting the cineloop files from Conquest down to the client. Sante4 is the client in this log:

Any ideas on what might be causing this? All of the other still images from the study are visible, it's just skipping over those two files. I've checked all the settings on the client-side and they don't seem to affect this.

The sopclass is different on the unaccepted images. Accepted images are 1.2.840.10008.5.1.4.1.1.6.1 while the unaccepted ones are 3.1 on the right end of the string.

The images are all uncompressed JPEGs (un) in the ACRNEMA.MAP.

I'm not seeing that line in the ini file. I am on version 1.4.15. Should I add that line? If so, to which section of the ini file?

Confirming that I am adding the following line (note there is a space after the first quotation mark, is that supposed to be there?)

MoveResultConverter0 = " 1.2.840.10008.5.1.4.1.1.6.1"
