Error sending to ConQuest server directly from CT

Hello, I am trying to send from one of our scanners directly to our ConQuest server and I am receiving this error.
10/20/2010 5:03:10 PM [CONQUESTSRV1] ***(Exp) Encountered an invalid element order during load of DCM file (in 00000200)
10/20/2010 5:03:10 PM [CONQUESTSRV1] *** connection terminated

I can send from our PACS system but not directly from the modality.

Hi,

I am just looking at this bug. For now, disable (add to #) to this line in dgatesop.lst and restart the server:

#BigEndianExplicit 1.2.840.10008.1.2.2 transfer

To Clarify, I need to add a second "#" to disable that line or do I need to remove it from the list?

Yes that worked and I am able to send to Conquest now. Thanks.

One other question, when I forward a study to Nighthawk the scout image is black. I can see it in the Conquest preview. When I open it in the K-PACS viewer and it load the image it is all black. If I hit the Image Mosaic button and then click it again the image shows correctly. Or if I change the contrast and balance I can see the image. Is there a setting to prevent this?

Hi,

One # is enough. Mail me or lambert the image and we can see if we can fix it. The kpacs viewer used the stored level and window.
