Conquest WML doesn't work on Philips AcQSim CT

We are trying to get MWL running on a PickerMarconi>Philips AcQSim single slice large bore CT 2003.
The SCU doesn't accept the result of a MWL query with ether JDicom, DVTk2.4.6 or Conquest1.14.12 ...1.14.16 alpha. It works well with DVTk2.1.4.
The difference between 2.1.4 and the rest is the inserted tag 0008.1110 and 0008.1120,
that are not requested by the SCU but sent by the SCP

For the time being the Philips answer is what not is asked for should not been send.

Is there a solution to this problem other then getting Cleveland to update old software?

The converter removes the tags from the modality query but not from the send worklist, the tags are hard wired in VRTOSQL.CPP:
