Replacement licence if H/W or S/W changes

    If the customers installed IQView PC has a hardware repair or Software reload can we reuse the activation code?


    Can the code be reinstated for no cost? As long as the site details are provided again? :D

    If the iQ-VIEW shows the same hardware fingerprint after the reformatting of the computer and the reinstallation of iQ-VIEW, yes, you can use the same activation data that you have used before.


    In case of hardware changes (due to failures) or migration to another computer, the hardware fingerprint will change. Please contact your reseller (if possible, beforehand) to get all necessary information about a replacement key procedure and potential costs.
