    Burn Dialogue features protection

Customer is using version 25029 IQ View Software.

Is there a way to lock the tick boxes available when the burn media dialogue box appears. e.g a registry or config setting

They are unticking the box which selects the option to put the Image Viewer on the CD. We want to set this and the other tick boxes to ON and grey them out.

    Important!!

This was posted back in April, and there has been no reply. The customer sees it as being resolved and wants some urgency in dealing with this matter. They are likely to consider another CD Burning solution.

IQView sometimes leaves images on desktop

Despite the Image directory set to default : C:\program files\iq-view\server\database the customer sometimes ends up with images on their desktop.

    They don't want this.

Over the last couple of weeks a customer of ours has had some disks returned from patients that have nothing on them. The Radiographer notes that they have experienced that sometimes the CD Burning happens in seconds rather than usual expected time.

They are only putting one patient per disk.
