Any way to extend evaluation period?

  • we have been trying to setup iq-view on one of our workstations, and while the software setup seems ok, we have had issues with the network transferring images, etc -- only to this one workstation site.


    We have been troubleshooting, and think we're a few days away from solving the issues. If we can get everything setup properly we would love to purchase Iq-view...


    unfortunately, our 30 day license expired today.


    My question is...is there any way to extend the evaluation period for a few days to make sure these issues can be hammered out before committing to the purchase? ANY help would be MUCH appreciated!!

  • How do we extend the trial period forever? Is a purchase required? If so, does it cover only one workstation, or multiple workstations? Thanks.

    Yes, to use iQ-VIEW beyond the default trial period, you will have to purchase a license. There are various license types available. You can find all necessary information regarding the license types in the Administration Guide that comes with the setup. In general, you can choose between:


    - BASIC vs. PRO, with differences in available features (more radiology features in PRO)
    - single licenses (for one workstation) and concurrent licenses (one license server supplying licenses to various stations)
    - time-limited vs. time-unlimited licenses
