Unable to determine size of file

I have a problem with trying to select and move studies for achiving.

I run the following code (I never get a chance to run the 3rd line)

dgate --restoremagflags:
dgate --selectlruforarchival:50000000,MAG0
dgate --movedatatodevice:MAG1,MAG0.Archiving

It previously worked, but now I am getting the following errors when I attempt to select studies for archival.

Use dir from the command line to verify that the file is there, and everything appears to be ok.

I've tried to rebuild the database too, but it only rebuild 1M images when it originally had 1.7M images.

Thank you Marcel, I apologise if these questions are getting too tedious. I wasn't sure whether to take the error quite so literally.

This seems to be a problem specific to storing images on an external NAS.

The solution is to uninstall as a NT service. It appears that the NT service doesn't have the neccessary privlidges to access the NAS device event though it is open to guest users.
