Are users on an acquistion node (for example, DR or CR machine) expected to create StudyInstanceUIDs for MWL entries being generated by MWL Servers (such as CONQUEST MWL functionality)?
For example:
Let's say a user on their management software or EMR schedules a study using MWL. Someone at a digital radiography acquisition station queries for scheduled studies and sees the one generated by the above user. At this point is the StudyInstanceUID already set by the prior user, or is it to be generated by the person/device at the DR acquisition node?
Similarly, does the same hold true for accession numbers?
