Error out of memory

    I installed Conquest 1.4.13 with Sql server data base.
    The database is around 60 Gb.
    The space free of HD is around 200 Gb
    When I re initialized the data base, after about half time, appears the following error:
    -VR:ReAlloc out of memory allocating 1229539658 bytes.
    -A fatal error occurred (out of memory) - closing server).
    I tried also with native MySql: the result is the same.
    Help me please
