as far as i see, K-PACS and iQ-VIEW can use port 104, port 105 or port 4006.
is there any other available port?

for some reasons some ports do not work on some computers...
I mean I have a Win7 computer where K-PACS runs on port 4006 and iQ-VIEW on 105
and a Win32 PC where K-PACS runs on 2761 and iQ-VIEW on 4006 but none of them runs on 104 or 105 -
You can use the "netstat –anob" command in your windows command shell to list all ports being used by applications. This way you can identify which application is blocking your desired port or which ones are not in use.
