It is FTP that may be blocked by your institute. Try it from home.

The strange thing is that the ftp site is actually blocked by my home ISP and not blocked my company's ISP. Strange. I'm not sure if I should re-post, but ever since I installed 1.4.16, I'm no longer able to send print jobs to Conquest, that is why I was looking for 1.4.14. Is this a known bug? Thanks.

not this is not a known bug. Can you post a debug log when you attempt to send a print job to conquest? And what is the sending application? Can conquest print to itself?

I'm not sure how to have Conquest print to itself, but I'm using IQ Test to send MG printer images to Conquest. I'm doing this all on a laptop. When I send the "dgate64.exe" crashes and I have to restart. I switched on debugging and I didn't get much, but this:

Where relative to the log did the crash occur? The log looks normal.
To print to itself: right click an image in the browser and select print image on local DICOM printer.

The print job fails right at the end of the log. Also Conquest is unable to print to itself.
