I have query retrieve working at the patient level from a syngo PACS system. I can only retrieve a patient if I put the Patient ID: in the query box.
I get the following error:
Total of 52 item(s) found
------------ started copying ------------
Copying for patient:
************ error while copying (patient ID = ) ************
Should I be able to retrieve the entire archive?
I am attempting to get the entire archive( aprox 7500 CT studies) and import into Conquest after loading "corrected" Patient ID's into the Worklist table. This is so that I can then send all of those images to a Synapse PACS system. Is this the best way to do this type of header data conversion?
